I've seen your true colors that's why I love you

I started here in DPI about three months ago. I have mixed emotions when I got here: I am happy that I am out of the rut that I was in and scared if I will be able to be friends with everybody or will I be able to conform with their policies. Change is always terrifying, therefore you should know not to swim against its current. It's never easy for me to adapt with changes; I live a life where I am always sure what to do and how to do it, but this one is different. I thank God that I have these people whom I call "friends." Mike is the first one in DPI who I become friends with. He, along with Lerise, showed me some pictures which kinda oriented me of what's like to work here in DPI. Spencer, Marvi, Ria, and Mike So everytime I get bored, since the people in my row are doing their own businesses, I go to Mike's place and chat with him. I do that constantly until we became close. We started to eat lunch together and I can't go to any after-office gimiks without him. After about three weeks later, there came Spencer. I noticed him the moment I entered the room, not that he has stunning looks, but because he offered me the biscuits that he was eating. I feel at ease with him because we were like batchmates. He is very quiet at first but I can sense that he has a wacky personality. And I am right! He sure is crazy, we cant help but laugh everytime we gather around Mike's place. When the MT department trasferred to the fourth floor, we decided to sit beside each other and that's the time our bond got tighter. We share funny and sad stories of our lives and we started to ingrain ourselves within the souls of each one of us. Ummmn, wait..of course, let's not forget Marvi! The time when Marvi went back to the MT department, because she was in accounting when I got here, we got along easily, she is such a nice girl, but Sid is still there so we don't have much chance to bond with her. When Sid left for Dubai, that's the time we started to have long girltalks . Us four started to have a lounge-area time where all the miracles happen, hehe, miracle of friendship, naks! We have a no-cellphone-while-chatting policy, in which Marvi always breaks it. Spe is our clown, pretty clown (bawi!) If Spe don't make me laugh with his jokes, Marvi surely will, she's kinda slow with jokes which always makes me laugh even though I dont get it sometimes too :). Spe never failed to give me pick-up lines everyday and I will be able to write a book if I am to compile everything that he'll say, along with some of Mike's. Marvi is the emotional one especially with the matters of the heart. Spe and Mike always tease her as a "probi" (Spe, Mike, and me are said to be the pillars, hehe) but she surely is a regular. Mike is the sweetest one. He always gives me good back massage and feeds me whatever he is having. Though, sometimes he can be quite masungit especially in the morning. We all have our share of good and bad traits but we still managed to get along and accept each other's differences (kahit baliw sila, tanggap ko pa rin sila *smiley*). I know one day we'll have our separate lives, away from DPI, have our own families, some may even leave the country, with the hopes that one day, when we bump at each other along the streets of Manila, we will still be able to laugh at the moments that we've shared in one sofa bed at the lounge area of DPI.
